French Red Wine - Baron Maxime Pinot Noir

VINIFICATION Pinot Noir is an early-ripening grape variety harvested at the very beginning of the harvest season. In the cellar, the destemmed grapes undergo a warm pre-fermentation maceration that enhances color extraction, followed by a controlled fermentation at low temperatures (between 18 and 24°C) to preserve the freshness of the primary and secondary aromas. The wines are then aged separately in tanks for several months before bottling. TASTING A fresh and elegant Pinot Noir with aromas of raspberries and cherries.
