With a minimum curing time of 4-5 months, featuring a delicate flavor and characteristic aroma. Production Process: Selected, minced, kneaded, stuffed, and cured. Ingredients: Iberian acorn-fed pork meat, salt, sugars, natural spices, vegetable protein, natural aroma, and natural pork casing. 100% natural ingredients. No allergens. Weight: Approximately 0.900 Kg. Distribution and Transport Conditions: There are no restrictions at room temperature. If vacuum-packed, keep at a temperature below 5ºC.
