Piece from Iberian pigs, fed on a cereal-based diet. Made from the muscle package formed by the spinal and semispinal muscles of the thorax, as well as the longissimus, lumbar, and thoracic muscles of the pig, salted, seasoned, and stuffed into casing, which has undergone an appropriate curing-maturation process with a minimum time of 70 days. Production Process: Marinated, seasoned, stuffed, dried, and cured. Ingredients: Iberian pig loin, salt, natural aroma, paprika, natural spices, and synthetic casing. 100% natural ingredients. Allergen-free. Weight: 0.7-1.2 Kg Distribution and Transport Conditions: There are no restrictions at room temperature. If vacuum-packed, store at temperatures below 5ºC. The recommended consumption temperature is 15º-18ºC.
