The versatile solution for two types of cooking: direct, indirect, or both. The fire can be lit directly in the brazier located inside the cooking chamber, or in the combustion chamber situated below. By inserting a grate into the cooking chamber itself, a second shelf is created for the simultaneous placement of several pans. Therefore, the fire can be lit directly in the cooking chamber or in the separate combustion chamber, or in both at the same time, depending on preference, with the advantage of keeping the cooking surface hot for a longer period in the latter case.
