By inserting a grill into the cooking chamber itself, a second surface is obtained for the simultaneous insertion of multiple trays. The fire can therefore be lit directly in the cooking chamber or in the separate combustion chamber or simultaneously in both depending on preference, with the advantage of keeping, in the latter case, the hob hotter for longer.
