Saffron Neguin - Saffron

We have selected our Neguin saffron producer not only for the quality of their products but also for their consideration of women within society. Indeed, many women work in saffron cultivation in Iran. Usage: Our Neguin saffron is very rich in Picrocrocin (its taste), Safranal (its aroma), and Crocin (its pronounced color). This saffron, like all saffrons, should be ground into powder using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon in a small dish, then infused before use. To carry out this second step, which will reveal all the aromas of this spice, we recommend slowly melting an ice cube over the obtained powder and/or pouring warm water over it. Indeed, the longer the mixture infuses (between 20 minutes and 10 hours), the more the taste, color, and aroma will emerge. Package: 100 / 500 / 1Kg
