The manufacturing process of egg powder begins with fresh eggs passing through various advanced machines. After the shells are removed, the mixture is filtered and stored in tanks at around 4 degrees, then the eggs are pasteurized and spray-dried in a thin layer. The final product is dried and in powder form. The product is often referred to as "egg powder," "dried egg," or "dried egg powder." It contains about 30-37% protein content. The color varies from light to dark yellow. The product offered by Foodcom is non-GMO.
