The W40, like all our systems and machines, is designed for high-efficiency use and cost-effectiveness. All parameters can be conveniently and easily operated via the comfortable touch panel, and washing recipes can be managed. Depending on water quality or cleanliness requirements, processing with deionized, demineralized, or ultrapure water is optionally possible through an additional module. For Industry 4.0 requirements, the W40 is well-equipped, and an optional machine control via OPC-UA server can be set up. Upon special request, there is also the possibility to silicone rubber items or to apply other surface coatings. The W40 is the optimal solution for medium demand with a fast throughput time!
