W30 Special High-Pressure Washing & Drying System - for effective cleaning of medical and technical elastomers

With its compact size, this system can be easily integrated into the production flow. This saves on intermediate storage and transportation, along with the associated time and costs. All parameters can be conveniently managed and washing recipes controlled via the user-friendly touch panel. Depending on the water quality or cleanliness requirements, processing with deionized, demineralized, or ultra-pure water is optionally available through an additional module. Upon special request, there is also the option to silicone rubber items or apply other surface coatings. The W30 is loaded and unloaded using interchangeable baskets. These are compatible with our cryogenic deburring system E30W and are ideally suited for a linear subsequent processing line → Production → Deburring → Washing → Tempering, as the batch interchangeable baskets can be used compatibly with the respective machines.
