E40 Cryogenic Deburring System - for deburring elastomers, plastomers, thermosets & zinc die castings

This computer-controlled high-performance system offers you the ability to deburr elastomers, thermoplastics, thermosets, zinc die casts, and other thermally embrittling materials with maximum efficiency. The comfortable operator equipment at the latest level leaves nothing to be desired: touchscreen operation, USB/SSD hard drive, network connection (support via the internet), recipe storage, user management, logging/documentation/tracing & barcode scanner/ID key (optional). The E40 is perfectly equipped for Industry 4.0 requirements. By default, monitoring of process data over the network is also possible from an external workstation. Optionally, machine control via OPC-UA server can be set up. For certain applications, this system can potentially be used for deburring (tumbling) without the use of blasting media.
