Alignment Elastic Shirts - ALIGNMENT SHIRTS AND BUSHINGS

The Bushing and Spring Sleeves are designed to maintain alignment and are used to position components in relation to one another. These rolled and hollow Alignment Sleeves feature guide chamfers that facilitate insertion into the holes of both coupling components. The flexibility of the Sleeves allows for the absorption of wide hole tolerances, and the stepped crack prevents interlocking. The Bushing Sleeves are designed with a space in the inner diameter that allows for the passage of a screw for fastening, thus eliminating the need to drill an additional hole. They are also heat-treated to isolate the screw from shear loads.
