The BAILEIGH R-H150 hydraulic roll bender features motorized roller shafts with a 120 mm section, and the two lower pressing rollers are hydraulically and separately operated for greater precision in bending large sections. The positioning of the guide rollers and the integrated angle correction tools are done hydraulically. This machine is capable of bending mild steel tubes with a diameter of 150 mm and a thickness of 4 mm to a radius of 3 meters. This bender can also bend profiles measuring 90 x 90 x 8 mm to a radius of 2.5 meters. This bender is perfect for manufacturers of large structures and construction work. This machine requires a 380V three-phase power supply.
