BAILEIGH RDB-350 TS Programmable CNC Electric Bender - Programmable Electric Benders

The programmable electric rotary bending machine with numerical control and touchscreen RDB-350 BAILEIGH Industrial has the capacity to bend tubes up to 76 mm in diameter (2-1/2") with a thickness of 5 mm, and gas pipes of 73 mm in diameter and 5 mm in thickness (2.5" sch. 40), and can store up to 170 programs with nearly 10 bends per program. Bending with this machine requires the use of a form roller and a sliding shoe. The pipe is held by the hook of the form roller and is powerfully wrapped around the form roller in a clockwise direction. Just like the form roller, the sliding shoe rotates around the same axis, forcing the material to conform to the radius and shape of the form roller.
