Organic Coconut Chips

Organic coconut chips are made from the white flesh of the coconut. The flesh is dehydrated and then cut into fine pieces, which are dried in the sun for 48 hours. Coconut chips contain healthy fats such as lauric acid, fiber, and protein. Unlike conventional shredded coconut found in a bag, coconut chips are longer, wider pieces of coconut. The texture is more similar to that of a potato chip than the chewy strands of most roasted coconut shreds.
