The wine: An excellent Crémant d'Alsace with a perfect balance between roundness and freshness! Carried by a creamy bubble and citrus notes, its fresh and mineral attack will surely captivate you. The palate then evolves towards more roundness, developing aromas of white flowers and dried fruits (hazelnut). A blend of 3 grape varieties (Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, and Chardonnay) that provides great pleasure and is ideal for both aperitif and meal times! The estate: While the Boehler family has its roots in Molsheim (near Strasbourg) since at least 1650, the winemaking adventure truly begins in the 18th century when Antoine Boehler acquires the first plot of vines still cultivated today by the siblings. Passed down from generation to generation, the vineyard takes a new turn in the 1970s when the Boehler family decides to bottle their own production.
