The KASAG experts are specialists in the construction of cooking kettles and industrial cooking systems for the production of fruit bases, vegetables, and sauces. Complete systems with cookers, coolers, condensers, piping, and valves are built in aseptic design to meet today's requirements. Preventing product contamination through microbial growth or cross-contamination among products is central. This is achieved through optimized equipment design, special bearing and sliding ring seals, and functional CIP (Cleaning In Place) systems. We adapt to each customer individually, building tailored or modular systems that fully meet their requirements.
