Spindle bearings up to P2 accuracy. HQW Precision specializes in the manufacture of spindle bearings (also known as spindle ball bearings) made from stainless steels, producing them in the highest accuracy classes. The focus of the HQW brand is on the size range of 3 mm inner diameter to 55 mm outer diameter. Larger spindle bearings up to 120 mm are manufactured at our sister company Barden UK. HQW spindle ball bearings are characterized by an exceptionally long service life, extreme corrosion resistance, and suitability for the highest rotational speeds. This is due to the highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material SV30 (X30CrMoN15-1), which is standardly used for HQW spindle bearings. Since product quality is of utmost importance to us, all HQW spindle bearings are assembled, greased, and capped in our Class 7 cleanroom and are 100% noise tested.
