Milk Protein Concentrate

Milk protein concentrate (MPC) is a concentrated milk powder that typically contains 80% milk protein. It is produced from fresh, pasteurized skim milk through filtration and spray drying. The high protein and low lactose content makes this product commonly used in the manufacturing of low-carbohydrate foods and protein-enriched beverages. It can also be added to baked goods, desserts, cultured products, dairy drinks, sauces, and cheeses, among many others.
