Chicken Liver Pâté

This recipe is incredibly simple (of course with N2O cream chargers) and it makes a great savory dish for those who want to enjoy something delicious but don't have much time to spend in the kitchen. Preparation takes less than half an hour and serves about 8-10 people. You can also store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days without it spoiling. The nitrous oxide gas from the cream charger extends the shelf life of the cream, so it should be charged before storage. List of Ingredients 250 g cleaned and trimmed chicken livers 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon chopped parsley Half a teaspoon of pepper Salt 2 chopped garlic cloves 100 ml double cream 23 Graham cracker halves or toast triangles Red currant jelly (optional topping) Drained capers Clean the whole chicken livers and set aside.
