Praline Fix

Pralinenfix is the world's first semi-automatic praline filling machine. Typically, confectioners make each praline individually. With Pralinenfix, the process is faster. The pralines are still considered handmade. In the semi-automatic praline filling machine, six to eight nozzles are arranged in a row. A blister pack containing the hollow shells for the pralines is placed in a catch tray beneath the nozzles. By operating the lever located on the side, the filling mass can be directed through the nozzles and perfectly portioned into the pralines. Notably: With a simple snap-in function, the tray with the hollow shells automatically moves one station further after each pull. This ensures that the hollow shells are always perfectly positioned under the filling nozzles.
