About this product

Inductive sensors resistant to climatic variations up to 120°C - Designed for extreme environmental conditions, the detectors in this particular EGE product family have been developed and tested for over 40 years in demanding fields and sectors. The proximity detectors operate on the common inductive principle and switch when a metallic object approaches. They easily withstand constant temperature changes, flooding, vibrations, high-pressure cleaning processes, and temperatures of up to 120°C. Sensors from this family, for example, are regularly immersed in rolling emulsion in steel mills. This demonstrates their chemical resistance and sealing beyond standard requirements. The sensors are also perfectly suited for outdoor use.
