Round Vibrators

In round vibrators, the sorting bowl, into which the unsorted small parts are fed, is set into vibration by electromagnets. These vibrations transport the sorting material along spirally arranged tracks through various sorting systems until they finally exit the sorting bowl in the correct orientation. Depending on the product and design, over 30,000 parts can be sorted per hour with a round vibrator. A tablet sorter can supply up to 1,000 tablets per minute per track. Thanks to the complete enclosure in a noise protection hood made of an aluminum frame and plastic panels, the machines are not only relatively quiet but also splash-proof according to IP 54. The use of plastic springs increases the stability of the vibration drive.
