Mixed Ricotta Valdorcia - Ricotta

Ricotta is a byproduct obtained from the whey left over after cheese production. To achieve a softer and more delicate ricotta, the whey is enriched with the addition of fresh milk and cream. The product is obtained by heating the whey to a temperature of about 80°C and then packaged in a vacuum-sealed tray weighing approximately 2 kg. It is excellent enjoyed on its own as well as with sugar, chocolate, alkermes, and more. In the kitchen, it can be used to create wonderful desserts as well as delicious savory dishes like ravioli and cannelloni filled with ricotta and spinach. Weight of the tray: approximately 2.00 kg.
