Project Management Assistance

As part of the project management assistance (AMOA), we secure all stages of design, construction, and implementation involved in information system overhaul projects based on software packages: - The definition of the master plan, assistance in choosing the solution, project organization, and impact analysis specific to the design phase. - Support for business units in implementing the solution (managing the relationship with the integrator, expressing needs, assisting with acceptance testing, drafting functional specifications, training users) as well as preparing for ongoing operations (organizing functional administration and internal support, selecting the maintenance provider). - The establishment of a report and the delivery of feedback in the post-project phase.
