TV 95-SL - Trough Vibrator - Trowalizing and Vibratory Finishing Machine

The washing machine-sized trough grinding machine with a filling volume of 70 l is our standard machine and is ideally suited for prototypes and small series. A soundproof cover reduces noise levels, making it possible to work in a workshop. The right and left rotation, along with speed control from 1,500 to 3,000 rpm, provide a variety of processing options. The unmanned working process is complemented by a programmable timer. The system is modular and can be expanded with an optional paper filter and separator. Both are centrally controlled via the control panel of the TV 95-SL. For easy and convenient water treatment, we recommend the paper filter PF440. The separator S95 simplifies the separation of grinding bodies and workpieces. Sorting screens are available in many mesh sizes. After separation, the grinding bodies are poured back into the trough.
