E90 Cryogenic Deburring System - for deburring elastomers, plastomers, duroplastics & zinc die castings

This computer-controlled high-performance system offers you the opportunity to deburr elastomers, thermo/thermosetting plastics, zinc die-castings, and other thermally embrittling materials with maximum efficiency. The comfortable operator equipment at the latest level leaves nothing to be desired: touchscreen operation, USB/SSD hard drive, network connection (support via the internet), recipe storage, user management, logging/documentation/tracing & barcode scanner/ID key (optional), upgrade automatic operation. The E90 is well-equipped for Industry 4.0 requirements. As standard, monitoring of process data over the network is also possible from an external workstation. Optionally, machine control via OPC-UA server can be set up. For certain applications, this system can potentially be used for deburring (tumbling) without the use of abrasives.
