...Plum liqueur "Slivyanka" is more of a folk drink. It is made from slightly overripe, fragrant plum fruits. To prepare our Slivyanka, we used an infusion of smoky dried prunes and plum juice. The drink turned out to be a beautiful red color with a sweet and sour taste and moderate strength. It is recommended to drink it in its pure form at room temperature – the cold completely kills the aroma and bright plum taste. Vodka is not felt in the drink.
