...In 1886, William Grant fulfilled a lifelong ambition by building his own distillery. He named it Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer, and on Christmas Day 1887 the first drop flowed from the stills. Today, still owned by William Grant’s family, Glenfiddich is the world’s leading single malt. Its 12 years of maturation in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, prior to being married together in oak tuns, creates a smoother harmonious taste.

The Owl Distillery is the first cask subscription of Belgian Owl, Belgian Single Malt Whisky, made from barley grown in Belgium. The Owl Distillery positively diversifies regional agriculture while respecting the environment and the specifications for creating an excellent Single Malt whisky. The company offers four different products: Belgian Single Malt Spirit (not aged), Belgian Single Malt Spirit (aging), Belgian Single Malt Whisky, and Belgian Single Malt Whisky (single cask – strength).

A traditional yet primarily modern brewery-distillery. Beers: Cuvée Clarisse 9.2°, Tripel Kanunnik 8.2°, Wilderen Goud 6.2°, Wilderen Kriek 3.5°. Wild Weasel (Whisky): Single Malt 46°, Cask Strength 62.4°, Finest Blend 40°. Other products: Wilderen Graanjenever 32°, Wilderen Eau-de-Bière 32°, Double You Gin 43.7°.
