Bending Technology from North Rhine-Westphalia We are a medium-sized family business in the metal processing industry and have specialized in the production of pipe connection elements and custom bent parts for over 55 years. As early as the 1960s, company founder Werner Kemminer developed a patented bending machine for more efficient production of flange rings. In this cold bending process, which is still "up to date" today, round steel is bent into a uniform spiral and further processed. This method is significantly more cost-effective than laser or flame cutting. Our manufacturing range primarily includes flat flanges, angle flanges, rings, two-part clamping rings, and custom bent parts suitable for cold forming. With our delivery portfolio, we serve a variety of industries (e.g., air handling systems, container and machine construction, conveyor technology, agriculture, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and recycling). In particular, we have specialized in the production and stocking of flanges according to the ventilation and environmental standards DIN 24154 & DIN 24155.
