Our team of qualified and dedicated employees is committed to this principle every day. The individuals with disabilities who work with us are always perceived and supported with a focus on their abilities. Werkstätten Karthaus is part of the Anna-Katharinenstift Karthaus and enables people with disabilities to participate in working life. At three locations in Dülmen, we offer a wide range of fields of work, allowing everyone to contribute with their skills. These structures are supported by a concept that ensures that each individual finds an optimal framework with us according to their abilities and inclinations. Those employed with us receive support from a multiprofessional team of educators and craftsmen. Our Social Service is responsible for assisting the department and group leaders in their educational work and collaboratively developing the necessary goals and support measures.
