Tanoaria S. Pinto Coelho e Adrego, Lda. was founded on January 1, 1964, by the parents of the current partners (António Coelho and António Adrego). As a company with extensive knowledge related to the art of cooperage, it specializes in the manufacture of wooden barrels, particularly decorative barrels, chestnut barrels, oak barrels, wine barrels, wooden taps, and barrel restoration, essentially everything related to cooperage. We craft our barrels in an artisanal manner, with capacities ranging from 3L to 1000L. In our company, we place great importance on the quality of the wood we use. Thus, we manufacture our own wooden staves within our facilities, from the sawing of the wood to the point where the wood is dried and ready to be used for barrel construction. With this method, we can always ensure the quality of our wood.
