FLEXOTECH GMBH SCHLAUCH- UND ARMATURENSERVICE
FLEXOTECH GMBH SCHLAUCH- UND ARMATURENSERVICE
FlexoTech Schlauch-Sicherheitstechnik was founded in 1995 by Günter Rathje and Erika Rathje in Hamburg with the goal of making the handling and operation of hose lines safer. FlexoTech emerged from the company Günter Rathje ArmaturenService, which is still valued today for its high expertise in the repair of dispensing valves, dry couplings, and fueling station equipment. The mobile hose testing in the Hamburg port and tank storage facilities was the first area of business. Later, special hose reels and emergency disconnect couplings were designed and manufactured, for example, for ship unloading or large tank cleaning. With the move to Lütau, the delivery range is significantly expanded. As a key dealer for Phoenix AG, FlexoTech supplies hoses for mineral oil products and chemicals and begins in-house production of hose fittings and couplings (including tank truck couplings) for all technical applications. The company name FlexoTech GmbH Schlauch- und ArmaturenService adapts to these changes. New goals require larger spaces. The move to Elmenhorst, 20 km east of Hamburg, provided the desired expansion with 1300 m² of hall space. Transition of construction to CAD. Own CNC manufacturing at the highest quality level. FlexoTech becomes a support dealer for TODO-MATIC dry couplings as well as TODO-GAS couplings. 2000: First participation in the ACHEMA trade fair in Frankfurt under the motto "Service and Innovation around the Hose". 2004: Secured succession. After studying at HAW Hamburg and gaining initial professional experience at Continental AG in Hanover, Sören Rathje joins the company and becomes a member of the management in 2011. 2006: FlexoTech becomes a distribution partner of ContiTech Schlauch GmbH for the BLAUDIECK hose program. 2008: Germany representation for DANTEC for film-wrapped hoses. 2012: Market launch of our patented DryCon® dry coupling. FlexoTech today ... the positive development continues. A reliable partner for customers and suppliers. Strong in standard hose lines and hose couplings. Flexible and open to your special requests. The DryCon dry coupling is gaining traction in the market. Today, we look back on a piece of history with the knowledge that we must prove ourselves anew every day. Let us preserve the past and look forward to the new.
FLOCK + PRINT ANDREAS SCHÖNE
FLOCK + PRINT ANDREAS SCHÖNE
The company Flock+Print was founded in 1991 as a pure textile and flock printing service provider. To ensure comprehensive individual customer support, our offerings were soon expanded: team sports equipment for clubs and teams, as well as professional and work clothing, are part of our service. Since 1994, we have been intensively engaged in the sublimation printing process. Today, our team consists of 18 competent employees who handle every order flexibly and reliably. We produce for you starting from 1 piece without a minimum order surcharge. SUBLIMATION PRINTING & MANUFACTURING Complete production of individual textiles using the sublimation printing process, e.g., ice hockey jerseys, cycling clothing, bistro aprons, ties, sun umbrellas, ... Production of fan merchandise: pennants, fan scarves, club patches, flags, ribbons, ... FLOCKING IN DIRECT FLOCKING PROCESS (Static Flocking) Our flocking of sports, leisure, and work clothing is characterized by particularly high wash resistance and a very soft hand feel. The direct flocking process allows for the refinement of padded and high-quality textiles without impairments (no imprint from the heat press). TEXTILE PRINTING In the screen printing process, we not only refine T-shirts and work clothing but also ribbons, large cuts, and even fully tailored blazers. Multicolor and raster prints are feasible. TECHNICAL FLOCKING In the field of technical flocking, we are the leading provider in the region. We refine a variety of plastic parts, e.g., riding helmets and car parts (trunk shelf for sports cars Koenigsegg and Lamborghini).
