DIAMANT-GESELLSCHAFT TESCH GMBH
DIAMANT-GESELLSCHAFT TESCH GMBH
Our company is globally recognized as a manufacturer of diamond and CBN high-performance tools for grinding, turning, milling, reaming, and dressing. The company history began in 1902 in Berlin with the distribution of dressing diamonds. After two world wars and the associated regionally different industrial developments in Germany, our company headquarters is now located in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart. In the early 1950s, the production of diamond grinding wheels also began in Ludwigsburg. Over the following decades, our company successfully expanded on an increasingly broader basis. Today, our business partners associate the brand "TESCH" with an innovative tool manufacturer that addresses the full spectrum of everyday to extraordinary, technically exotic challenges and actively engages in process design directly at the machine in production after tool delivery. Our products are used in many different industrial sectors, here are the most important ones: Automotive industry, tool manufacturers, sharpening services, medical technology, glass industry, manufacturers of technical ceramics, machine manufacturers, steel industry, etc. In terms of materials, where conventional cutting materials begin to fail, our area of expertise starts with diamond and CBN tools: hardened steels > 50HRC, HSS, carbide, cermet, ceramics, glass, CBN, diamond, and more. Given these facts, it quickly becomes clear that the requirements due to the different materials and structures of our business partners are diverse. Tools "off the shelf" account for about 19% of our deliveries. Therefore, over 80% of all tools we supply are special tools, meaning tools specifically adapted to the processes of our business partners. Enormous flexibility, unconventional solutions, and the associated know-how have brought us the strong market position we are in today. - And we continue to learn and grow from all challenges to ensure that we are well-positioned as a company in the future. The available construction spaces for devices, systems, machine, and engine components are becoming increasingly smaller despite simultaneously rising mechanical loads on the components. This leads to the development and use of increasingly difficult-to-machine materials that can withstand these high demands and loads. In the future, the use of highly hard cutting materials such as CBN and diamond in grinding, turning, milling, reaming, and dressing will gain even more importance. As a manufacturer of Dia&CBN tools, it is no longer sufficient in today's competitive landscape to simply supply tools for specific tasks. Therefore, we take on your challenges to collaboratively shape your manufacturing process.

DIAMASA-DIAMANTTECHNIK GMBH & CO. KG
The current Diamasa was founded in 1990 under the name dth as a sole proprietorship and traded in diamond tools and the associated machines. After growing success, the construction of the current company building and investment in initial production machines took place in 1996. From this point on, diamond cutting discs and drill crowns have been produced using the hard soldering process. In 1997, the separation from the franchisor occurred, and the company was renamed to Diamasa Diamanttechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The special diamond band saw with cutting heights of up to 400 mm has been manufactured in-house by Diamasa since 2004. The constant further development and quality assurance of our products prompted us to establish a research and development department in 2007. DICK & DICK LASERSCHNEID- UND SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH
The Dick und Dick Laserschneid- und Systemtechnik GmbH was founded in 1994 and initially produced laser circuit boards for various industries in contract manufacturing. According to our understanding of service and at the request of our customers, the depth of production has steadily increased. We have invested in conventional drilling and milling technology, CNC bending technology, and a three-headed water jet system. From initially small welding connections, we have grown to high-precision welded assemblies and have become an approved welding company for Deutsche Bahn AG. Our commitment to high accuracy of our components and economical production made the acquisition of a vertical machining center necessary. We monitor and document our production results metrologically with a CNC coordinate measuring machine. Our quality management system is certified according to DIN/ISO 9001/2000. Due to our diverse, sheet metal-oriented manufacturing technology and the extensive knowledge of our employees, we have become known for problem-solving. Today, we manufacture ready-to-install components, among others, for rail and special vehicle construction, shop fitting, energy, and military technology. We operate in a two-shift system. Challenging tasks, both technically and in terms of deadlines, are always a special challenge for us and promote partnership, as we understand this to mean setting and realizing common goals together. Water Jet Cutting Since 1996, we have been producing parts for our customers on water jet cutting systems. The increasing demands from our side and that of our customers regarding the precision of water jet cutting technology have prompted us to engage intensively with the topic of "micro water jet cutting." The result of more than two years of intensive work with water jet systems for micro machining is a high level of expert knowledge and a very successful track record in customer satisfaction. Generative Manufacturing Since 2010, we have been working in our branch office founded in Leipzig on the creation of models, prototypes, and small series using 3D printing techniques. DISTELKAMP-ELECTRONIC
DISTELKAMP-ELECTRONIC
Distelkamp Electronic was founded in the 1980s. Initially, cable connections and additional devices for companies in the consumer electronics sector were developed and manufactured. Customers included: Grundig, Loewe, Blaupunkt, Metz, Saba, Dual, Hama, Nordmende, Telefunken, Lumberg, etc. At the same time, the business area of occupational safety was expanded. With the decline of German consumer electronics, the area of pollutant and solder fume absorbers gained increasing importance. With the entry of Ms. Li into the company, the product range was expanded to include imported soldering devices and electric screwdrivers. However, Distelkamp Electronic continued to focus on in-house developments. In 2008, the digital microscope line Di-Li®1000 was introduced. On November 2, 2008, the utility model was registered with the patent office, and on December 10, 2008, the trademark Di-Li was registered in the trademark register of the German Patent and Trademark Office. Shortly after, the microscopes were in use at all major industrial companies. The microscopes were featured in the entire trade press and received several awards. In 2009, they were awarded at the Industry Prize, in 2010 they were inducted into the "Hall of Fame of Optical Technologies", and in 2010-2011 they received the Innovation Award of the German Economy. In 2011, the handheld microscope with monitor was awarded at the Industry Prize. In 2011, they were included for the second time in the specialist book "Industrie-Bestenliste".
DIXI-POLYTOOL GMBH
DIXI-POLYTOOL GMBH
In 1946, the company PAQSA, a VHM tool manufacturer, was acquired and integrated into DIXI 1. Due to its positive development, this department became the DIXI 4 plant and has since been exporting throughout Europe. Starting in 1957, DIXI opened the market to Asia, thereby consolidating its leading position. In 1968, the German subsidiary was established, featuring a regrinding department as well as a small division for the production of monocrystalline diamond tools. In 2004, DIXI Polytool acquired a majority stake in the German diamond tool manufacturer "Diamant Werkzeug GmbH". DIXI completed this acquisition in 2008. In 2008, DIXI Polytool also consolidated its niche strategy with the acquisition of the French mold tool manufacturer "Méca-Carbure". Optimal products - additions were thus realized. A dedicated plant, which is still the headquarters of the parent company today, was built in two phases (1967 and 1971). During the 1970s, DIXI acquired its first CNC production machines. At the beginning of the 1990s, the computerization of DIXI and its subsidiaries took place, and the machine park was multiplied by 25. The strong commitment to quality was rewarded with the attainment of the SQS certification in 1994. This was, of course, a significant advantage for the sales network. Since the 1990s, expansion has progressed at an increasing pace, and various companies were acquired: DIXI Frama in 1992, Polytool in 1999, and DIXI UK in 2000. The last acquisition in 2004 involved the German DIAWE (Diamant Werkzeuge) and allowed for a product expansion. In 2005, DIXI Outils S.A. was renamed to DIXI Polytool S.A.
