BM50 EASY-D features two separate tanks that operate completely autonomously and automatically. The VACUUM allows for cooking with almost all methods, especially vacuum cooking, which is ideal for producing top-quality jams and preserves: the product cooks at 60°C in a much shorter time, thus retaining its organoleptic properties, flavor, aroma, and color, while avoiding the addition of pectin or sugar. The PBG tank, on the other hand, enables the sterilization of plant-based foods of all kinds, provided they are in suitable food containers; it also allows cooking at up to 100°C with steam, in water, or in other liquids. BM50 EASY-D is equipped with a single tank for cooking and sterilizing food. It offers a touchscreen control panel with smart control functionality, allowing users to monitor the system and interact with it anytime and anywhere.
