For more product information, please refer to the data sheet or contact us. - WIWOX® MT Micro-Tip Micro-Blasting Systems are designed for precise blasting with nozzle sizes ranging from 0.4 to 1.8 mm. Surfaces can be smoothed, matted, deburred, or cleaned. All mineral media can be used as blasting materials, such as glass beads, glass grit, corundum, and silicon carbide in the grain size range of 0 to 300 μm. The blasting material is used only once. The blasted surface is reproducible. Only a compressed air connection is required for the operation of the devices. Micro-Tip fine blasting systems are suitable as portable free-blasters or in combination with a blasting cabin. The Micro-Tip fine blasting technology is available as a pressure or injector process. All devices are equipped with a foot pedal, pressure regulator, manometer, and hard metal nozzles.
