Well Bellows

HYDRA® bellows are manufactured from thin-walled tubes through hydraulic forming. Depending on the requirements, they can be designed as single-walled or multi-walled. Single-walled bellows have low spring rates and are particularly used in vacuum technology. Multi-walled bellows possess high pressure resistance while also offering great flexibility. They are used, for example, as valve spindle seals with operating pressures exceeding 400 bar. For bellows with high demands on technical cleanliness regarding freedom from stains, particles, and film residues, state-of-the-art cleaning technology is available. Bellows with the highest cleanliness requirements are produced in clean rooms.
