Diamond Wire Saw Model 4500

The Model 4500 is a table saw. This is likely our most versatile saw. The design of this model applies the functional principle of the diamond wire saws from the WELL 3000 series. Designed as a table model, the WELL 4500 combines state-of-the-art technology and offers additional capabilities compared to the WELL 3000 series. It adapts to a wider range of materials and larger sample sizes. It allows for the adjustment of the following parameters: Wire tension (grams) Wire speed (meters/second) Feed force (grams) Adjusting these parameters enables the use of different diamond wires, particularly very fine wires (diameter 0.13 to 0.50 mm). The drum with a diameter of 158 mm and 20 m of diamond wire provides a large working area with a cutting depth of 150 mm and allows for the adjustment of sample holders on the optionally supplied micrometer table.
