Both the ball and the die-forged and ground tracks are hardened to 62 HRC, achieving very high operating times due to low wear. A dirty environment or slightly contaminated compressed air does not affect its functionality. The ball vibrator cleans itself, is maintenance-free, and can be operated in a vertical position with both oil-free and slightly oiled compressed air.
