CONTAINER HEATER - 1000 L Drum Heating

Sections: 1000L Polyethylene Container Heater, Drum Heating Heating of metal or plastic drums, resistance heating, glue heating, grease and wax heating, honey and vegetable fat heating, The V-HIBC container heaters are designed to heat products stored in 1000-liter polyethylene containers. There are two types of heaters available. The V-HIBC/A model is a silicone heater to be placed underneath the container cover before filling it. An insulation set covering four sides and the lid is also available to facilitate preheating time. Control is done via a thermostat ranging from 0°C to 90°C, housed in a case with a residual current protection device. The V-HIBC/B model is an insulated nylon wrap that covers each of the four sides of the container and an optional insulated lid. Power: 2700 watts, 230 volts AC. Regulation: Electronic controller 20°C-90°C (digital display) Performance: Water temperature from 15°C to 70°C in 42 hours (without insulation) Water temperature from 15°C to 70°C in 30 hours (with insulation) The V-HIBC/A silicone heater features a high-temperature resistant wire element laminated between silicone glass sheets. A PTC temperature probe is also positioned between the elements. This is connected to an electronic temperature controller via the heater's electrical cable and provides accurate measurement and quick response to temperature changes. The heater is suitable for absorbent products and highly viscous, thermo-sensitive materials. All V-HIBC heaters are manufactured to comply with the Low Voltage Directive of the EEC and the CE EMC directives, marked accordingly.
