The preeflow precision volumetric dispenser eco-PEN 300, made by ViscoTec, is ideal for dispensing tasks with low to high viscosity media (e.g., dispensing adhesives, fluids, or pastes). The proven ViscoTec endless piston principle, based on a rotary screw pump, features a rotating, absolutely pressure-tight displacement system that is self-sealing, consisting of a rotor and stator. The controlled rotational movement of the rotor generates the flow by displacing the medium in the stator. This ensures that the medium remains unchanged during dispensing. Since the flow can also occur in reverse, preeflow® guarantees a clean, controlled material or medium cut-off without dripping. Application: Whether point dosing with the highest volumetric accuracy, precise bead application with a dispensing speed adjustable to the conveyor speed, or in casting technology - preeflow means micro-dosing in perfection.
