Petit Manou 2017 75cl - AOC Médoc

History: Clos Manou is a property located in the northern Médoc, in the municipality of Saint Christoly, and today spans 17 hectares, including a small plot of very old vines. Thanks to the passion of Françoise and Stéphane Dief, it has become a true reference in the Médoc: meticulous vineyard work, perfectly mastered vinifications, aging in 100% new French oak. The second wine, Petit Manou, is a wine of pleasure, regularly awarded in the Hachette guide. Grapes: 66% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4% Cabernet Franc Vinification: Manual harvesting in crates Aging: 5 months in concrete tanks, then the entire wine in barrels for 12 months (50% from first-use barrels, 50% from second-use barrels) Tasting: A beautiful garnet red color. On the nose, vibrant aromas of red fruits and vanilla. On the palate, the attack is soft and round. The wine is harmonious, balanced, with a very pleasant fruity finish.
