Chateau La Chapelle des Landes 2015 75cl - AOC Lussac Saint Emilion

History: This estate has been owned by the Lassagne family for three generations. Today, Nicolas oversees the management of this property in Lussac and Lalande de Pomerol. Located to the north of Lussac in the eastern part of the Gironde department. Grapes: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Vinification: Green harvesting and sustainable vinification to respect nature and use organic ingredients. Aging: 12 to 14 months in tanks and in oak barrels for one-third of the volume. Tasting: Beautiful deep purple color, complex and rich bouquet with notes of sweet spices and brioche that blend with the aromas of dark fruits. The palate is round, powerful with a tannic evolution.
