V401 S - Fish Slicer - for whole fish and fillets

Manual slicer designed for whole fish (fresh or salted) and fillets to create steaks and portions, respectively. It is also ideal for slicing crabs and spider crabs. Used by fishmongers and in the fish counter of medium and large supermarkets, the V401 machine is compact (230 mm working width, perfect for a 9 kg tuna, for example). It can be placed on a table or on its wheeled stand. The operator sets the thickness of the slices themselves. The V401S is equipped with a sustained grip control at the handle, allowing for self-feeding of electricity and water to limit water consumption.
