Rubber Bushings - Custom Rubber Molding Parts

Bushings are primarily used in metal plates to protect wires or cables from damage caused by the sharp edges of the metal. Simply slide the flexible bushing into place, and suddenly an uneven hole becomes a smooth, insulated opening. Additionally, bushings dampen vibrations. We also manufacture blind bushings, which have no hole in the center. They are designed to fill holes to prevent the ingress of dust or liquids. We offer a wide range of standard bushings but specialize in custom products based on the technical requirements and drawings provided by the customer. EPDM bushings exhibit excellent UV and ozone resistance and can be used outdoors. NR/SBR bushings have good resistance to abrasion and compression set but are less suitable for outdoor use. NBR bushings are resistant to oil and grease.
