Graphite Flat Seals

Graphite flat gaskets have proven themselves wherever fiber material gaskets are unsuitable due to operating temperatures. They are characterized by an extremely high chemical resistance and an operating range of up to 500°C (depending on the raw material, see below). Our product portfolio includes graphite flat gaskets according to EN, DIN, and ANSI standards. Application-specific dimensions and shapes according to drawings are also available. Available materials: - TGH: Graphite sheet without insert, without binder - easy to process - TGG: like TGH but with a more stable form due to fiberglass insert - better handling and lower risk of breakage - TGS: similar stability to TGH achieved with stainless steel foil insert, but with better temperature resistance - TGSp: best temperature and pressure resistance due to an insert made of spiked sheet With our in-house punching machines, we can respond to your needs quickly!
