The polishing machine is designed for use in polishing simple and complex molded parts. The polishing disc is easily accessible within the closed machine body. The polishing spindle is adjusted using a handwheel, which has the advantage that the polishing disc can be worn down from a maximum of 1000 mm to a minimum of 500 mm. The spindle speed, and thus the cutting speed, can be continuously adjusted from 450 to 1200 RPM via a frequency converter. The polishing spindle has a diameter of 45 mm and is powered by 5.5 kW. The comfortable working height of 790 mm, combined with the soft polishing discs, allows the operator to work in a gentle and ergonomic manner for extended periods.
