Double Opening Solid Metal Acoustic Door

Made of 1.5mm thick electro-galvanized steel, formed from a single piece and featuring a groove that includes a compression lip seal made of EPDM. The fixation of the frame is ensured by L-shaped anchors measuring 35x100 in steel with a thickness of 5mm. These are secured to the building structure with expansion bolts. The connection between the frame and these anchors is guaranteed by welding, properly protected by a touch-up with epoxy paint or similar. Between the frame and the civil engineering opening, a lean concrete of fine grain size is packed to refusal with repointing. LEAVES Double smooth face of electro-galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.5mm, insulated with a mattress of rock wool of varying density, a supplementary screen of 10mm, and a low-frequency anti-vibration projection. The thickness of the leaves is 73mm. Each leaf is equipped with an adjustable stop including a closed-cell neoprene strike seal with a minimum thickness of 30mm; at the bottom of the leaf.
