Automatic Bottling Monoblock - Compact

The COMPACT monoblock with 7 filling valves is a solution designed for small wineries that produce prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a crown capper and is dedicated to bottling craft beer that undergoes refermentation in bottles. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled by the descent of the tank. As these bottles are capped one by one, another 7 bottles are positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows for the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs effectively thanks to a slight pressure of inert gas, which prevents the dispersion of volatile components. The conveyor belts are designed so that only one operator is needed.
