Capsule machine for aluminum-plastic screw caps - semi-automatic

Designed for applying aluminum (or plastic) screw caps on glass bottles. Made of stainless steel, with pneumatic lifting of the bottle. The distribution of caps is done manually on the bottle, while the operating cycle is activated by 2 buttons on the side of the machine. Electric operation with contactor and protections compliant with CE standards. Once the cap is screwed and sealed, the platform automatically lowers, allowing the capped bottle to be removed and another one to be placed for sealing. The 4-roller stainless steel capping head is equipped with a No-Cap No-Roll safety device, suitable for all types of closures, including stelvin caps 30x60. Suitable for all standard bottle sizes from 25 cl to 150 cl. Available with a magnetic friction head for pre-threaded plastic or twist-off caps. Production: approximately 600 bottles per hour (B/H).
