Complete filling station where the DANA api MATIC 1000 and a Ø70 turning table are combined as a single unit. The DANA api MATIC 1000 is a filling machine with a gear pump. A powerful low-voltage DC motor drives the gear pump using a worm gear. The motor is controlled by computer-based electronics, which also ensure perfect drip-free operation. The filling machine contains 20 filling programs with weight, calibration factor, and filling parameters stored in its memory. The machine operates accurately and is easy to set up for different media. As a pump, the machine works in both directions and can be adjusted to various speeds. All parts that come into contact with the media are made of food-approved plastic or stainless steel, which are easy to disassemble and clean. With the turning table, the empty glasses are simply placed on the table and then moved forward via a railing to a wire switch. The table stops, and the filling machine fills the glass.
